Delivery Specialist – Vehicle Delivery

About the role

We are seeking a Delivery Specialist to join OpenRoad Audi Boundary’s sales team in Burnaby. In this full‑time position you will ensure new and used vehicles are prepared, presented and handed over to customers with the highest level of service. You will work closely with sales, finance, insurance and detailing teams to coordinate seamless deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare the showroom and maintain an attractive, customer‑ready environment.
• Greet customers, provide product information and demonstrate vehicle features.
• Coordinate vehicle deliveries between sales, finance & insurance and detailing departments.
• Inspect vehicles for cleanliness, damage‑free condition and timely delivery.
• Arrange accessories, chemical packages and final clean‑up for sold vehicles.
• Follow up with customers after delivery to address any questions.
• Respond to in‑person and telephone inquiries and provide post‑delivery support.
• Adhere to safety policies and report incidents to the General Manager.

Required profile

• Tech‑savvy with a strong interest in automotive technology and product knowledge.
• Well‑organized with excellent time‑management abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.
• Self‑motivated, quick learner and able to work cooperatively at all organizational levels.
• Valid British Columbia driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
