Dealership Accountant – Richmond

About the role

Go Auto is seeking a detail‑oriented Dealership Accountant to join its Richmond location. You will work closely with the Controller and Operations team to ensure vehicle sales are accurately recorded and that all related financial schedules are maintained.

Key responsibilities

• Post new, used, wholesale, dealer trade, and fleet vehicle deals.
• Maintain clean financial schedules and ensure data accuracy.
• Reconcile factory program funds to vehicle sales.
• Enter vehicle invoices into the CDK system.
• Calculate and process sales commissions.
• Support sales performance tracking through schedule maintenance.
• Assist in monthly financial statement preparation via reconciliations.
• Prepare fiscal year‑end working papers for audit support.

Required skills
