Day Cleaning Personnel – Maintenance Team

About the role

Crown Auto Group, a family‑owned dealership in Winnipeg, is looking for a Day Cleaning Personnel to join its Maintenance department. The role involves keeping the showroom, offices and common areas clean and presentable for staff and customers. You will work as part of a supportive team that values integrity and strong relationships.

Key responsibilities

• General cleaning of the dealership, including showroom, offices and common areas.
• Maintain storage areas in a clean, safe and orderly manner.
• Organise and stock cleaning supplies and tools.
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste appropriately.
• Assist other members of the maintenance department as needed.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the manager or supervisor.

Required profile

• Ability to work independently with good time‑management skills.
• Physical capability to lift up to 30 lb and stand or walk for most of the shift.
• Minimal supervision required and strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong work ethic and alignment with Crown Auto Group’s CARMA values.
• Good listening and communication skills.
