Data Entry Intern – Supply Chain Support

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Data Entry Intern to join our Demand Planning and CPFR team. You will support supply chain operations by entering and verifying data in Excel and internal systems, helping to maintain accurate forecasting and inventory information.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and manage data in Excel files and Midea’s internal system.
• Verify data accuracy and perform quality‑control checks.
• Collaborate with demand planners, supply chain coordinators, and other stakeholders to gather required information.
• Generate regular reports on inventory orders, forecast updates, and CPFR status.
• Maintain organized documentation of data entry processes for audit purposes.
• Process purchase request orders.
• Identify and suggest process‑improvement opportunities.
• Work with IT and data teams to ensure data integrity for forecasting.
• Provide training and support on CPFR tools and processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
