About the role
We are looking for a meticulous Data Entry Clerk to join our private‑sector team. The role involves handling a high volume of documents, converting handwritten information into digital formats, and maintaining accurate records in our databases.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, register, and scan incoming documents for digital storage.
- Enter data into specified formats using IBM AS/400 and MS Office applications.
- Transfer handwritten data to Excel or Word documents.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of all entered information.
- Perform regular backups and ensure data preservation.
- Maintain and update databases, performing general office duties as needed.
Required profile
- Secondary (high school) graduation or equivalent experience.
- 2 to less than 3 years of data‑entry or related administrative experience.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, repetitive environment with high attention to detail.
- Own transportation or access to public transport.
