About the role
Join Jobright’s AI‑powered job search platform as a Data Entry Clerk / Typist. You will ensure the accuracy and reliability of the data that powers our service, working remotely from anywhere in Canada.
Key responsibilities
- Enter and update job, company, and operational information.
- Review records for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Identify and correct duplicate, outdated, or incorrectly formatted data.
- Perform routine data validation and quality checks.
- Organise digital records according to established procedures.
- Report recurring data issues to operations and technical teams.
- Handle user and company information with confidentiality.
- Meet agreed‑upon accuracy and productivity standards.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong typing, spelling, and data‑entry abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with spreadsheets and common productivity tools.
- Ability to follow documented processes and work independently.
- Ability to work remotely within Canada.
