Data Entry Clerk – Clinical Research

About the role

The Research Institute of the McGill University Health Centre (RI-MUHC) is seeking a Data Entry Clerk to support clinical research studies within the Cardiac Electrophysiology program. This temporary part‑time position involves accurate data handling, document management, and compliance with protocol and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Enter study data according to protocol specifications.
• Follow up on data requests and resolve inconsistencies.
• Ensure compliance with protocol guidelines and regulatory standards.
• Provide weekly status updates to the supervisor.
• Assist with packaging, mailing, and formatting of study documents.
• De‑identify and upload study documents to the sponsor’s Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) system.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor or delegate.

Required profile

• Diploma of College Studies (DEC) in Science.
• Advanced oral and written proficiency in both French and English.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Detail‑oriented, autonomous, and organized.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
