Data & Analytics Engineer Co‑op / Internship (Fall 2026 / Winter 2027)

About the role

Join BCI’s fast‑growing Data & Analytics team as a co‑op/intern for the Fall 2026 or Winter 2027 term. You will work on high‑impact projects that support the organization’s $295 billion investment portfolio, helping business users make data‑driven decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Support implementation of Data & Analytics initiatives aligned with BCI’s strategy.
• Create reports and interactive dashboards using Power BI and SQL.
• Develop reusable curated datasets with SQL or Python.
• Collaborate with the team to promote data literacy across the organization.
• Assist in building and adopting AI‑driven solutions, including Databricks Genie and Claude tools.

Required profile

• Strong interest in data, technology, and AI tools.
• Self‑starter who can work both independently and as part of a team.
• High work ethic, initiative, and creativity in improving reporting processes.
• Professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills.
