Data Analyst – Fintech

About the role

As a Data Analyst in our Fintech division, you will enable data‑driven decisions for Dealertrack and CMS products. You will work closely with product and business teams to analyse transaction flows, fraud performance and customer journeys, turning insights into actionable recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Fintech product teams to analyse data and support product decisions.
• Conduct deep‑dive analyses of product funnels, transaction flows and customer journeys.
• Measure and monitor key Fintech KPIs using established analytical models.
• Translate business questions into structured analyses and clear recommendations.
• Analyse fraud‑prevention performance, identify risks and suggest improvements.
• Communicate insights to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics within product, fintech, SaaS or platform environments.
• Strong ability to work with product and business stakeholders to deliver insights.
• Excellent communication skills and a problem‑solving mindset focused on data quality.

Required skills

• SQL
• Power BI, Tableau or QuickSight
• Generative AI tools for SQL development, data exploration and documentation
• Experience with financial, transactional or operational datasets
