Cutter Operator – Concrete, Clay & Stone Products

About the role

The Cutter Operator will work on a busy manufacturing floor, cutting concrete, clay and stone products to precise dimensions. You will operate a variety of cutting, grinding and polishing equipment while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Operate blade and wire saws, sandblasting equipment, and vibrating tables to cut, shape and finish stone, concrete and clay components.
• Set up, adjust and run automatic mixing, extrusion and single‑function machines for concrete and clay production.
• Read blueprints, schematics and drawings to verify dimensions and specifications.
• Record manufacturing data such as quantity, size and type of goods produced.
• Move heavy loads using forklift, crane or hydraulic hoist and perform quality‑control checks on finished products.

Required profile

• 2 to less than 3 years of experience operating cutting and concrete‑mixing equipment.
• Physically demanding work with ability to lift up to 45 kg, stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Valid driver’s licence, clean driving record and own transportation.
• Willingness to undergo drug, criminal and driving‑record checks.
