About the role

Fullscript, a leading health‑technology company, is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join its Calgary team. You will be the first point of contact for practitioners and patients, delivering personalized assistance through phone, email and live chat.

Key responsibilities

• Provide proactive, efficient support to customers via multiple channels.
• Troubleshoot issues and explain product and service features that best meet customer needs.
• Resolve complex inquiries using support tools and product knowledge.
• Build sustainable relationships through clear, interactive communication.
• Collaborate with teammates to develop strategies that surprise and delight customers.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure coverage during all business hours.
• Identify trends in issues and feedback, reporting them to supervisors.
