About the role

H2O4Life is seeking a motivated Customer Support Associate to join its team in Waterloo. You will work Monday‑to‑Friday, meeting homeowners at scheduled appointments and introducing them to innovative Canadian‑made water‑treatment and home‑improvement solutions. No cold calling or weekend work is required, and comprehensive paid training is provided.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners at company‑scheduled appointments.
• Perform basic in‑home product and water‑quality assessments (training provided).
• Educate customers on solutions that improve water quality, efficiency, and comfort.
• Recommend products that best fit each customer's needs.
• Deliver exceptional customer service from start to finish and build lasting relationships.

Required profile
