Customer Success Manager – Mid Market

About the role

Reporting directly to the Head of Client Strategy, you will drive strategic initiatives that shape the future of our recruiting platform. As part of a small, fast‑growing team, you will blend account management, product insight, and data analytics to deliver value for both existing and new customers.

Key responsibilities

• Own the success of mid‑market customers, overseeing onboarding, product adoption, and retention.
• Create and monitor metrics to exceed client expectations and demonstrate ROI.
• Understand clients’ hiring processes and design seamless integration of our solutions.
• Provide ongoing product education and coaching as new features are released.
• Gather and present market insights on hospitality and retail labor to optimize hiring strategies.
• Develop playbooks and best practices to support scaling efforts.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with leadership, product, and other departments.
• Act as the liaison between the Customer Success team and product team to inform roadmap decisions.
