Customer Success Manager (Fixed-term)

About the role

The Customer Success Manager (14‑month fixed‑term contract) drives strategic customer success initiatives. You will foster long‑term relationships, conduct business reviews, address escalated issues, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to maximise satisfaction and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute account plans to ensure success and identify growth opportunities.
• Own onboarding, ramp, and full lifecycle management, including contract renewal.
• Identify upsell, cross‑sell and expansion opportunities to win additional business.
• Serve as primary contact for escalated issues and collaborate internally to resolve them.
• Perform Quarterly Business Reviews and advocate for new products and services.

Required profile

• Proven success in customer success, account management or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Experience advocating for customers at an executive level.
• Ability to collaborate across departments to achieve business goals.
