Customer Service Representative – Prince George Airport

About the role

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a Customer Service Representative to work at its Prince George Airport branch. The role involves face‑to‑face and phone interaction with renters, providing assistance throughout the rental process and supporting branch operations.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls for reservations, rate quotes, and general inquiries, and provide accurate information to customers and partner vendors.
• Make outbound calls for callbacks, accounts receivable follow‑up, and other assigned tasks.
• Greet customers on‑site, assess their rental needs, and guide them through the reservation and pick‑up process.
• Process vehicle returns, check‑ins, and kiosk transactions while inspecting vehicle condition.
• Explain rental terms, vehicle features, and optional products such as protection plans and fuel options.
• Provide directions, general assistance, and safe transportation for customers as required.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external customers.
• Ability to work a rotating schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a willingness to learn rental procedures through on‑the‑job training.
