About the role
Reporting to the Head of Administration, you will join the Order Desk team to ensure smooth and efficient order processing while delivering exceptional service to our high‑profile food‑service customers. This night‑shift position blends customer interaction with accurate order entry and product recommendation.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns via phone and email in a timely, professional manner.
- Enter customer orders into the system accurately and maintain proper documentation.
- Assess customer needs and suggest products that best match their requirements.
- Manage the flow of incoming orders, ensuring each order progresses efficiently through the fulfillment process.
- Maintain detailed records and support the overall operational efficiency of the order desk.
Required profile
- Proactive communicator with strong attention to detail.
- Experience in hospitality, restaurant, or food‑service environments.
- Ability to stay calm and courteous under pressure.
- Commitment to high standards of customer satisfaction.
