Customer Service Representative

About the role

The Customer Service Representative coordinates orders from purchase order through delivery, acting as the consistent post‑sale point of contact. The role ensures projects stay on track, communicates proactively, and supports the marketing and events team with administrative and design tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Own coordination of active orders from purchase order through production and delivery, ensuring commitments are met.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers after the sale, responding promptly and keeping them informed.
• Proactively communicate order status, lead times, and any changes before they become issues.
• Maintain complete and accurate order information in the CRM throughout the order‑to‑delivery cycle.
• Support sales and estimating teams by handling coordination and communication details.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, order management, project coordination, or account support, preferably in manufacturing, construction, or a technical field.
• Strong organizational and CRM skills with a high standard for accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable being the customer‑facing voice.
• Ability to juggle multiple active orders and priorities without losing track.
• Calm, solutions‑focused approach to problems and changes.
