About the role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering exceptional service and support across phone, email, and chat channels. You will help resolve inquiries and issues, ensuring a positive experience that reflects our commitment to quality.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining accurate interaction records.

Required profile
