About the role
Rentokil Canada is seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join a growing, world‑class organization. In this role you will interact with callers concerned about pest issues, providing professional support and solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously.
- Gather information to identify and resolve customer problems.
- Promote service upgrades and schedule appointments.
- Handle billing inquiries and assist with accounts receivable disputes.
- Perform data entry for job setups, invoicing and credits.
- Collaborate with Service, Sales and administrative teams.
Required profile
- Two‑year diploma or equivalent.
- 1‑2 years experience in a customer service or call‑center environment.
- Excellent listening and communication skills with a pleasant phone voice.
- Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure and manage workload independently.
- Strong organizational skills and willingness to work occasional weekends.
- Successful completion of a pre‑employment background check.

What we offer
- Competitive salary range of $38,000‑$42,500 per year.
