Customer Service Representative

About the role

Rentokil Canada is seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join a growing, world‑class organization. In this role you will interact with callers concerned about pest issues, providing professional support and solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously.
• Gather information to identify and resolve customer problems.
• Promote service upgrades and schedule appointments.
• Handle billing inquiries and assist with accounts receivable disputes.
• Perform data entry for job setups, invoicing and credits.
• Collaborate with Service, Sales and administrative teams.

Required profile

• Two‑year diploma or equivalent.
• 1‑2 years experience in a customer service or call‑center environment.
• Excellent listening and communication skills with a pleasant phone voice.
• Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure and manage workload independently.
• Strong organizational skills and willingness to work occasional weekends.
• Successful completion of a pre‑employment background check.
