Customer Service Representative – Edmonton

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our Edmonton team. The role blends sales, business development, and front‑line customer support, offering a dynamic environment for those who enjoy interacting with customers and driving revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Research customer needs and recommend products and services, conducting outbound telephone sales and email outreach.
• Participate in strategic account sales programs and cross‑sell the full Cansel consumable portfolio.
• Perform remote business development using existing accounts and explore new growth opportunities to meet revenue targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team on campaign projects and coordinate with outside sales professionals.
• Answer phones, process in‑store orders, handle e‑commerce chat inquiries, create work orders, manage returns and RMAs, and process payments.
• Maintain accurate activity records in Salesforce and SAP, monitor inventory, and support facility tasks.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in sales and customer service.
• Strong desire to understand and support customers’ businesses.
• Ambitious, proactive, autonomous, and results‑driven.
• Excellent interpersonal, telephone, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay upbeat in fast‑paced situations.
