About the role
We are seeking a Store Manager to lead our retail operations in Edmonton. The role involves overseeing staff, merchandise, and daily store activities. The position offers both day and evening shifts and requires 3 to 5 years of retail management experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage staff and assign duties.
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold.
- Implement price and credits policies.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Determine staffing requirements.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.
- Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers.
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.
Required profile
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Flexibility in scheduling.
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
