About the role

Join RONA’s customer service team in Longueuil, QC, where you’ll help customers bring their DIY and contractor projects to life by providing expert product advice and a friendly shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Assess customer needs and provide well‑informed, specialized product advice.
• Present merchandise, demonstrate features, and recommend complementary items.
• Contribute to department merchandising, including displays, signage, and labeling.
• Stay informed of new products, technical applications, promotions, and flyers.
• Support achievement of sales targets and adhere to loss‑prevention and health‑safety policies.

Required profile

• Experience in a similar sales or customer‑service role.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong analytical abilities.
