Customer Service Associate – Gardencity Mall

About the role

The Customer Service Associate works on the shop floor of the Gardencity Mall location, providing friendly assistance to shoppers and handling sales transactions. You will be the first point of contact for customers in‑store and over the phone, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet, assist and thank customers in a courteous manner, both in person and on the phone.
• Process product returns, exchanges and sales transactions accurately.
• Operate the cash register, computer and printer to complete purchases.
• Maintain a tidy and organized customer service area.
• Respond to customer inquiries, requests and concerns promptly.
• Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer‑service or retail environment.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, weekend and holiday shifts.
• Ability to stand or walk for up to 8 hours and lift/carry items as needed.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a positive, approachable attitude.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced setting.
