Floral Clerk – Sales/Service (Tier II) – Part‑Time

About the role

Join Sobeys as a Floral Clerk and deliver exceptional customer service while handling floral products in a fast‑paced retail environment. You will be responsible for processing orders, maintaining product quality, and ensuring accurate cash handling in accordance with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Adhere to food safety, health and safety, and corporate policies.
• Provide customer service and process floral orders.
• Handle, prepare and merchandise floral products.
• Maintain a clean and presentable work area.
• Accurately manage cash drawer and perform full‑service transactions.
• Order, receive and control inventory, including processing shrink.
• Promote products to increase store sales and train junior staff.

Required profile

• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Capability to gift‑wrap and create floral arrangements.
• Knowledge of proper care and handling of floral products.
