Customer Service Associate – Full Time

About the role

Reporting to the Retail Operations Manager, the Customer Service Associate works in an inbound call centre at our Dartmouth store. You will handle customer calls, process orders, answer inquiries and resolve complaints while delivering a legendary experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Process transactions using POS and inventory systems, including debit/credit card handling and age verification.
• Respond to and resolve customer issues using sound judgment and logic.
• Assist asset protection by following procedures for product checks and security devices.
• Recover dissatisfied customers by correcting problems or escalating to a manager.
• Perform opening and closing duties such as stocking bags, cleaning counters and organizing supplies.
• Support other store areas when business needs dictate.

Required profile

• One or more years of experience in a sales or service environment (preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Ability to provide superior customer service and exceed expectations.
• Good judgment and logical problem‑solving skills.
• Interest or experience in outdoor lifestyle products is an asset.
