About the role
Join Canadian Tire in Calgary as a Customer Service Associate, where you will interact directly with customers and colleagues, handling inquiries, returns, exchanges, and sales transactions in a friendly and professional manner.
Key responsibilities
- Greet, assist, and thank customers in person and over the phone.
- Process product returns, exchanges, and sales transactions efficiently.
- Operate cash register, computer, and printer while maintaining the service area.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Required profile
- Previous customer service experience.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand/walk for up to 8 hours and lift items as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
