Customer Service Agent – Bilingual (English/French)

About the role

Join the Customer Service team at a leading Canadian bank’s call centre in Montreal. You will provide bilingual (English/French) support to clients, helping them navigate electronic banking solutions and resolve their banking needs.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound client calls and listen attentively to their needs.
• Offer personalized solutions and guide clients in using banking applications.
• Advise on transaction or credit options and refer specialized cases to appropriate colleagues.
• Collaborate with team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call‑centre environment.
• Fluent written and spoken English and French; bilingualism is essential.

Required skills

• Strong communication skills in both English and French.
