About the role

As a Customer Sales Associate you will represent a nationally recognised client in busy, high‑footfall retail and pop‑up locations across Vancouver. The role is focused on face‑to‑face interaction, helping customers understand products and services and guiding them toward a purchase.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers directly in stores and event settings.
• Communicate product and service benefits clearly and professionally.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate options.
• Work towards daily and weekly performance targets.
• Support team goals and contribute to the success of sales campaigns.
• Assist with basic event setup, presentation, and teardown.
• Participate in training sessions and team briefings.

Required profile

• Enjoys interacting with the public and building rapport.
• Confident communicator or eager to develop communication skills.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, promotions, or sales is helpful but not mandatory.
• Goal‑oriented, takes initiative and works well in a team.
• Adaptable and reliable in varied environments.
