Customer Operations Launch Manager (1‑Year Contract)

About the role

PointClickCare is seeking a Customer Operations Launch Manager to lead the introduction of multiple health‑care solutions and services. This 1‑year contract role will cover a maternity leave and reports to the Manager, Customer Care Launch.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize and execute the launch of new SaaS solutions and services in partnership with cross‑functional teams.
• Manage the end‑to‑end launch process from early‑access pilots to commercial availability.
• Define launch strategies, develop tools and drive programs that maximize customer value and business outcomes.
• Mobilize professional services, customer operations and support teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Build effective cross‑functional partnerships, influence stakeholders and navigate ambiguity.

Required profile

• Proven experience in SaaS product introduction and launch management.
• Strong project‑management capabilities and business acumen.
• Ability to work collaboratively with product leaders and diverse functional teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
