Customer Experience Representative

About the role

Indigo is looking for a Customer Experience Representative to join one of its stores across Canada. In this role you will create joyful moments for shoppers by sharing stories, curating product collections and delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily store operations, including opening or closing shifts (5 AM or 10 PM start times).
• Conduct inventory cycle counts, replenish stock, receive and process merchandise, and manage product returns.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to create an inviting and stimulating environment.
• Engage customers on the floor, tell product stories, and curate personalized collections.
• Stay informed about new products, promotions and programs.
• Promote health and safety practices and respond promptly to customer feedback.
• Model Indigo’s high‑performance characteristics and hold self and teammates accountable.

Required profile

• Experience in specialty retail or a general retail environment is preferred but not required.
• Adaptable, flexible and eager to learn all aspects of store operations.
• Commitment to delivering an exceptional employee and customer experience.
• Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods and lift items up to 40 lb safely.
• Availability to work early‑morning or late‑evening shifts as needed.
