Customer Experience Intern

About the role

The Customer Experience Intern will support the sales fulfillment process for Bosch Rexroth Canada, working closely with internal teams and external plants to ensure customers receive their orders on time and in perfect condition. This position offers a hands‑on opportunity to contribute to market‑leading customer satisfaction while gaining exposure to sales operations in an industrial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain designated key customer accounts and oversee all aspects of order fulfillment.
• Enter, confirm, and manage sales orders, aligning forecasts with production plans.
• Resolve order issues related to pricing, delivery, quality, and quantity in collaboration with internal sales teams.
• Conduct regular touchpoints with customers to discuss planning, lead times, escalations, and product phase‑in/phase‑out.
• Provide exceptional customer service and act as a liaison between customers and internal departments.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a relevant post‑secondary program and eager to develop a career in customer experience or sales.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail for order management and forecast alignment.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude to work with diverse internal teams.
• Passion and persistence in solving customer challenges in a fast‑paced environment.
