Customer Experience Associate

About the role

TD Canada Trust is looking for a Customer Experience Associate to join its Etobicoke branch. You will be the front‑line representative, helping customers with everyday banking transactions while delivering a friendly and efficient experience.

Key responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, bill payments and other financial transactions in line with TD procedures and regulatory standards.
• Identify customer needs, recommend appropriate banking solutions, and refer customers to specialised partners when required.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries, escalating complex issues according to established protocols.
• Achieve sales and service targets by promoting relevant products and services.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of all customer information.
