About the role
Scotiabank is looking for a friendly, people‑centric Customer Experience Associate to join the Brampton Main Branch team. Working 15 hours per week, you will be the face of the branch, helping customers achieve their financial goals while delivering a high‑quality, technology‑driven experience.
Key responsibilities
- Build strong, lasting relationships with customers and provide personalized service.
- Process day‑to‑day banking transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Identify simple sales opportunities and contribute to branch targets.
- Promote digital and self‑service banking tools, guiding customers through mobile app usage.
- Listen actively to customer needs, offering clear explanations and solutions.
Required profile
- Proven customer‑service experience through work or community involvement.
- Professional, friendly, and efficient attitude.
- Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including part‑time hours.
- Comfortable engaging in basic sales situations.
