About the role

The Customer Experience Associate works on the front line of TD Canada Trust in Montréal, handling a wide range of banking transactions and providing advice on products and services. You will interact directly with customers to understand their needs and deliver a positive banking experience.

Key responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, bill payments and other financial transactions in accordance with TD procedures and regulatory standards.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions while maintaining confidentiality.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues, escalating non‑standard situations when necessary.
• Achieve sales and service goals by promoting relevant products and completing business processes accurately and promptly.
• Contribute to a diverse, equitable work environment and support team performance.
