About the role

We are seeking a Cross Border Personal Tax Partner to lead and expand our Canada‑U.S. cross‑border personal tax practice. You will own a growing portfolio of individual clients, delivering compliance, planning, structuring, and advisory services while building scalable processes and teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex cross‑border compliance engagements and meet critical deadlines.
• Scale teams, processes, and workflows to support practice growth.
• Serve as the firm’s go‑to resource for Canada‑U.S. cross‑border tax matters.
• Lead both recurring compliance work and strategic advisory engagements.
• Collaborate with Canadian and U.S. service teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
• Build strong client relationships and provide practical guidance on cross‑border tax issues.

Required profile

• CPA designation (Canada and/or US).
• 10+ years of Canada‑U.S. cross‑border personal tax experience.
• Strong expertise in cross‑border compliance, planning, and advisory services.
• Deep understanding of Canadian and U.S. personal tax rules and their interaction.
• Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and deliver practical solutions.
• Experience leading teams, managing workflows, and scaling a growing practice.
