About the role

Join Chipotle’s restaurant team as a Crew Member and help deliver responsibly sourced, real food to guests. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, learning to operate multiple stations while providing friendly, high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble menu items according to Chipotle’s recipes and standards.
• Operate the grill, prep area, salsa station, and cash register as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Engage with customers, taking orders and ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Support teammates by covering shifts and assisting with opening and closing duties.

Required profile

• Friendly, enthusiastic attitude with a passion for serving others.
• Willingness to learn cooking techniques and restaurant operations.
• At least 16 years of age.
• Ability to communicate in the primary language of the work location.

Required skills

• Basic communication skills in the local language.
