Crew Member – Fast Casual Restaurant

About the role
Chipotle is looking for enthusiastic crew members to join its fast‑casual restaurants. As a crew member you will help prepare fresh, responsibly sourced food and deliver a friendly dining experience to guests.
Key responsibilities
- Work at any station – grill, cashier, prep, salsa, or expo – following Chipotle’s food‑preparation standards.
- Provide courteous, efficient service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
- Keep the work area clean and adhere to food‑safety and hygiene protocols.
- Assist teammates and support smooth restaurant operations during busy periods.
Required profile
- Friendly, enthusiastic attitude with a passion for serving customers and teammates.
- Willingness to learn cooking techniques and restaurant procedures.
- Minimum age of 16 years.
- Ability to communicate in the primary language of the work location.

What we offer
- Competitive hourly wage ($17.60–$18.60 per hour).
- Tuition assistance up to $5,250 per year.
