About the role

Forte Series is looking for a high‑energy Creator Community Lead to own and scale its creator network. You will be the driving force behind partnership acquisition, community engagement, and growth experiments that keep the brand at the forefront of internet culture.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and secure partnerships with emerging creators before they become mainstream.
• Design and execute rapid‑iteration community‑building campaigns across social platforms.
• Track performance metrics, analyze results, and iterate strategies for maximum impact.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align creator initiatives with broader marketing goals.
• Maintain a pulse on digital trends and translate insights into actionable community tactics.

Required profile

• Proven experience building a personal brand, side‑hustle, or online project.
• Strong bias toward execution, fast turnarounds, and data‑driven experimentation.
• Comfort with ownership and autonomy, without micromanagement.
• Passion for the creator economy and internet culture.
