Creative Strategist – Growth Marketing

About the role

We’re looking for a Creative Strategist to help drive Raven’s exciting growth plans. In this role you’ll conduct media and market analysis, define a creative testing roadmap, and collaborate with marketing managers, media buyers and lifecycle marketers to run growth experiments.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a strong pipeline of creative testing across marketing channels.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop high‑performing ad creatives that convert.
• Deepen understanding of customer personas and their pain points.
• Gather insights from cross‑functional teams to enhance lifecycle marketing.
• Research competitors and Direct‑to‑Consumer leaders to keep the creative strategy current.
• Lead the development of innovative concepts that drive business forward.

Required profile

• 5+ years experience in a creative production environment, managing or closely collaborating with creative teams.
• Proven track record of growing conversion volume while staying within CAC targets.
• Experience presenting results, insights and opportunities clearly.
• Comfortable thriving in a fast‑paced, rapidly growing startup.
