C++/Python Developer – Risk & Pricing (Fixed Income)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated C++/Python Developer to join our fast‑paced technology team that builds risk and pricing solutions for Fixed Income products, especially Mortgage‑Backed Securities. You will work closely with business stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑performance, scalable software.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy robust C++ and Python applications.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure end‑to‑end solution quality.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from design to production rollout.
• Continuously learn new financial concepts, technologies, and programming languages.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in software development.
• Strong problem‑solving and debugging abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Proficient in C++ and Python.
• Experience with Perl and Shell scripting.
• Data analysis and querying using Sybase and Microsoft Excel.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
