Course Lecturer – Business Climate: Developing Countries

About the role

The Desautels Faculty of Management at McGill University seeks a Course Lecturer to teach BUSA 430 001 – Business Climate: Developing Countries during the Fall 2026 term. The position involves delivering lectures twice weekly, assessing student performance, and contributing to the academic experience of a 3‑credit course.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lectures on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:35 am to 12:55 pm.
• Prepare and update course materials, case studies, and assessments.
• Evaluate student work, provide feedback, and maintain grading records.
• Collaborate with the faculty and academic staff to ensure course objectives are met.

Required profile

• Minimum Master’s degree; PhD preferred.
• Professional business or project experience in at least three regions among Africa, South‑East Asia, India, China, the Middle East, and Latin America.
• Demonstrated ability to teach at the university level.
