About the role
The Desautels Faculty of Management at McGill University seeks a qualified Course Lecturer to deliver the Fall 2026 offering of Advanced Topics in Marketing 2, focusing on Sales Management (MRKT 691 025). The position involves teaching a graduate‑level MBA class over a 14‑week term.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver weekly lectures on professional sales management topics.
- Facilitate class discussions, case studies, and workshops.
- Assess student performance through assignments, presentations, and examinations.
- Maintain course materials and grading records in accordance with university policies.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Significant industry experience in professional sales.
- Prior experience teaching MBA‑level courses or workshops in sales is a strong advantage.
