About the role
Corporate Traveller is seeking a motivated Corporate Travel Consultant to join its Montreal team. You will deliver boutique‑level service to corporate clients, handling all aspects of their business travel with speed, simplicity, and a personal touch.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day travel needs for corporate accounts, including air, car, hotel, and ground transportation bookings.
- Follow company procedures, account guidelines, and customer‑service standards.
- Collaborate with team members and assist other agents as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Provide effective solutions to travel‑related issues and challenges.
- Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required profile
- Bilingual in English and French.
- Minimum 2 years of travel‑consulting experience.
- Customer‑focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to juggle competing priorities.
