Corporate Communications Associate I

About the role

The Communications Associate supports TD Economics by assembling, publishing and promoting economic research across the bank’s digital channels. Working closely with research analysts, you will create visual assets, manage website and email distribution, and help shape the communication strategy for economic insights.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble and review TD Economics research publications using Adobe InDesign.
• Publish research to the TD Economics website, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with internal partners to meet corporate translation and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with economists to design dynamic presentation decks for client meetings.
• Format and email research to distribution lists.
• Support social‑media strategies and contribute to broader communication plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or certificate in web development, graphic design, communications or equivalent experience.
• Fluent English; French considered an asset.
• Strong client‑management, critical‑thinking and organizational abilities.

Required skills

• Expert proficiency in HTML and CSS.
• Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Experience with Adobe Premiere and After Effects.
• Familiarity with web analytics and search engine optimization.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
• Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Tableau.
• Understanding of Big Data and data analytics (asset).
