Corporate Accountant / Senior Accountant (Vancouver)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Accountant or Senior Accountant to join our corporate accounting team in Vancouver. You will work on full‑cycle accounting for multiple entities, produce consolidated financial statements, and support decision‑making across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Handle full‑cycle accounting for corporate entities, including consolidated and unconsolidated financial statements.
• Perform bank reconciliations, partnership equity reconciliations, intercompany analysis, and GST filings.
• Prepare and analyze working papers and multi‑level consolidation schedules.
• Research technical accounting issues to ensure compliance and accurate general‑ledger reporting.
• Support year‑end audit and ERP system improvement initiatives.
• Take on ad‑hoc analysis and projects as needed.

Required profile

• Resourceful, organized, and detail‑oriented.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of ASPE (Canadian accounting standards).
• Experience with REALpac accounting software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with Yardi real‑estate management system.
