About the role

We are seeking a Corporate Account Manager to lead and grow strategic, large‑scale corporate accounts for a global industrial manufacturer across British Columbia, with a primary focus on the Greater Vancouver market. Reporting to senior leadership, you will act as the senior commercial representative in the region, owning key relationships and driving profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and expand a portfolio of strategic corporate accounts throughout BC.
  • Develop and execute account strategies, including pricing, service models, and long‑term agreements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, building relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Identify new business opportunities and optimize existing accounts for profitability.
  • Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions aligned with business objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry dynamics to inform strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, supply chain, product development) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare and manage sales forecasts, reporting, and performance metrics.
  • Contribute to annual business plans and long‑term market strategies.

Required profile

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, strategic sales, or business development within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Proven track record managing large, complex B2B accounts and closing high‑value deals.
  • Strong negotiation, pricing strategy, and analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with senior stakeholders.
  • Self‑directed, able to work independently in a regional role.
  • Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel within BC.
