About the role

As the Training Coordinator at Sazerac’s Montreal plant, you will build a confident, capable workforce by designing and delivering onboarding, skills training, and development programs. You will work closely with Operations and HR to ensure employees have the tools, knowledge, and support needed for safe and efficient performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and ongoing training programs for all plant employees.
• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) – course setup, scheduling, reporting, and communication.
• Create and deliver engaging training content, including system modules and on‑the‑job learning tools.
• Maintain the equipment skills matrix and support cross‑training initiatives.
• Partner with HR and operations leaders to align development initiatives with business needs.
• Support site Alchemy programs and coach employees on the My Development learning ecosystem.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and delivering training programs in an industrial environment.
• Strong collaboration skills with Operations and HR teams.
• Ability to manage training data, reporting, and continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Administration of a Learning Management System (LMS), specifically the Alchemy Systems platform.
