Coordinator Construction Services

About the role

The Coordinator, Construction Services will manage medium‑complexity construction and professional service contracts for infrastructure projects in Borden, Ontario. You will act as the primary liaison between contractors, consultants, and client‑partners, ensuring work complies with contractual and quality requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and monitor contracts to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
• Resolve day‑to‑day contractual issues, negotiate change orders, and review progress claims.
• Maintain site activity records, including photos and activity reports.
• Coordinate schedules, health‑and‑safety, industrial security, and environmental compliance.
• Identify and manage contract risks within delegated authority.
• Support business development and collaborate with other service lines and site teams.

Required profile

• College diploma in engineering, applied science, or related field.
• Minimum four years of relevant experience in construction contract management.
• Preferred certification such as Certified Engineering Technologist.
• Strong interpersonal, critical‑thinking, and negotiation skills.
