About the role
Join Eat Thai Restaurant as a Cook's Helper, supporting the kitchen and front‑of‑house teams in a fast‑paced environment. You will ensure clean service items, assist with food preparation, and help deliver a smooth dining experience for guests.
Key responsibilities
- Transport clean dishes, flatware and other items to serving areas and set tables.
- Operate dishwashers and hand‑wash items, ensuring proper sanitation.
- Package take‑out orders, portion and wrap foods.
- Wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruit.
- Assist with deep‑fryer and food dispenser operation.
Required profile
- Reliable team player with a positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Physically capable of handling loads up to 13.5 kg and standing for extended periods.
- Client‑focused with strong interpersonal skills.
Required skills
- Experience with deep fryers.
- Familiarity with food dispensers.
- Food Safety Certificate.
- Safe Food Handling certificate.
